The Pet Saver TM Program is an eight hour course that will cover a number of valuable first aid skills and information to help keep your pets happy and healthy. By the end of May 2008, every Chris' Critter Sitter employee will be Pet First Aid/CPR Certified. Classes will be taught by founder, owner, and recently certified Pet First Aid Instructor, Chris Dobmeier.

  • Rescue Breathing
  • Choking Management
  • Bleeding & Shock Management
  • Snout to Tail Assessment for Wellness
  • Snout to Tail Assessment for Injury
  • Assessing Pet's Vitals
  • Bites & Stings
  • Heat & Cold Injuries
  • Seizure
  • Dental Care
  • Caring for Senior Pet-izens

Additionally, the class includes a Pet Saver TM handbook and upon successful completion each participant will receive a certificate

The Care for Your Senior Pet-izen TM & The Pet Dental Care TM Workshop
This is a four hour course that will cover valuable skills and care information to help keep your senior pet-izen happy and healthy. Whether your pet is young or old, it's never too late or too early to take responsibility for the quality of pets life!

We also cover a number of valuable dental skills and information to help keep their pets happy and healthy. According to the American Veterinary Dental Society, more than 80% of dogs and 70% of cats develop periodontal disease by the age of 3 years.
